Investors get greedy just as fast as they crawl into the fetal position, and a successful IPO from Facebook or another hot company could open the spigots.&nbsp; And there are plenty of companies ready and raring to go.<\/p>\n<p>When should a company go public? When the market is there, and the company is ready.<\/p>\n<p>How can a company tell if it&#8217;s ready?
