The first 48 hours after a natural disaster are the most critical,&#8221;<\/em> the <em>Wizards of Waverly Place<\/em> star, 17, says in a YouTube plea uploaded Thursday. <em>&#8220;UNICEF is on the ground right now to provide the children who are affected with the things they need to survive, like food and shelter and clean water.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selena adds, <em>&#8220;We need your help. So please stop whatever you&#8217;re doing to visit UnicefUSA.org to make a donation. Please join me in praying for all of those who are affected.
