The service goes live in March, in the three markets it <a href=\"http:\/\/moconews.net\/article\/419-cox-begins-testing-wireless-network-in-three-markets\/\" title=\"began testing\">began testing<\/a> this winter: Hampton Roads, Va., Omaha, Neb. and Orange County, Calif.
