‘Tony Blair froze out anyone with
\nconcerns about the Iraq war and was not challenged on the issue by a
\nCabinet that had been “conditioned” to accept that Saddam Hussein had
\nweapons of mass destruction, the Iraq inquiry has been told.<\/font><\/p>\n

Lord Turnbull, who as Cabinet Secretary
\nwas Britain’s most senior civil servant, said that Mr Blair largely
\nsurrounded himself with those who would not disagree with him, while
\nthose who did have concerns were given almost no time to discuss the
\nissue.’<\/font><\/p>\n
