In his classic defamation segment, \u2018Patriots &
\nPinheads\u2019, Bill O\u2019Reilly condemned the man who confronted
\nformer President George H.W. Bush at a Houston restaurant.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn the pinhead front, President Bush is 85 years old. The
\nother day he was in a Houston restaurant when a deranged person
\napproached him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe guy should have been arrested by the Secret
\nService,\u201d O\u2019Reilly stated after playing a You Tube clip of
\nthe incident. \u201cHowever, we called them and they will not comment.
\nWe don\u2019t know what happened to him. We hope the service will
\nclarify the situation quickly. The guy may be a pinhead but he also
\ndeserves to be held accountable\u2013 can\u2019t let that stuff go.
\nIt\u2019s threatening.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s no surprise that O\u2019Reilly is defending the former
\nPresident, but at a bare minimum, free speech certainly should protect
\nthis man from arrest. He certainly has a right to criticize one of
\nAmerica\u2019s most powerful dynasties, who have condemned millions to
\ndeath through war, and much more.<\/p>\n

Though the man did shout profanities, he clearly made no threats, was not violent and posed no danger to the former president.<\/p>\n

In fact, the Secret Service did visit the man\u2019s home the next
\nday, but left shortly after refusing to speak while a camera was
\nrecording (i.e. on the record). Whatever their intentions were cannot
\nbe immediately known (see video below). He appeared today on the Alex
\nJones Show, using only his first name, Greg, to explain his perspective
\non the situation.<\/p>\n
