‘The United States has
\noffered its full-fledged support for the building of a wall by Egypt to
\ndisrupt the Gaza Strip’s lifeline that moves basic items underground
\npast the Israeli-imposed blockade. <\/font><\/p>\n

The construction of the
\nsteel tunnel-impervious wall, believed to have started some time in
\nNovember, comes in line with Israeli and Egyptian accusations that
\nPalestinians resistance fighters use the tunnels for procuring and
\nstoring weapons for use against the Israelis. <\/font><\/p>\n

Washington, the chief
\nIsraeli baker, echoed the allegations on Tuesday and voiced support for
\ninstalling the steel walls, which are reported to be designed by the US
\narmy engineers.’<\/font><\/p>\n
