There are some insurance companies that require a minimum volume of tissue to be removed to cover the surgery. This needs to be pre-determined by your <a href=\"http:\/\/madisonps.com\" >plastic surgeon<\/a> and a letter for pre-determination should be sent to the insurance carrier along with photographs of your condition in order to demonstrate the necessity for a breast reduction. The most often performed technique involves an inverted T-shaped incision similar to the most common incision used in breast lift surgery.
