The <b>four residential towers<\/b>, with a total of <b>256 apartment units,<\/b> create a new exiting skyline presence in the edge of San Juan\u0092s financial district while the commercial and office volumes(<b>168,000 sq.ft. of Office Space; 81,200 sq.ft. of Retail Street Level Space<\/b>) at the base of the complex seek a balanced relationship to the immediate scaled down surroundings.
