Drivers were urged to slow down and allow extra space between vehicles on the road.<\/p>\n<p>The advisory is in effect for Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Will and Winnebago counties.<\/p>\n<p>Fog is expected to clear this afternoon, according to the weather service.
