The possibility to use existing motor con-trollers is very attractive for OEM manufacturers.<br \/>\nThe new pump series is available in two versions the FEM1.02 and FEM1.09 with different flow ranges, 0.2 &#8211; 20ml\/min and 0.9 &#8211; 90ml\/min respectively. Both pumps can be used against pressures of up to 6.0 bar with a minimum loss of flow against varying conditions.<br \/>\nA high level of dosing accuracy, repeatability and long term repro-ducibility makes these metering pumps ideal for applications where long life and no maintenance are of utmost importance. A new valve system ensures that air can not collect in the pump head and helps to reduce the head volume to a minimum.<br \/>\nA large selection of materials can be used for the wetted parts mak-ing this pump type suitable for pumping aggressive liquids. Dia-phragm pumps don&#8217;t have moving seals making them very leak tight which is a big advantage when handling liquids which can crystallize out.
