<\/a>Lens-mounted LED flash rings are a great resource for properly lit macro shots, but they’re usually pretty expensive (think $150). Enter Brando’s budget version.<\/p>\n

It’s almost certainly crappier than the full-priced models, as is Brando’s wont, but hey, at $58 I’m perfectly willing to accept a few deficiencies. It can light up in either the full circle or a semicircle on either side, and is powered by 2 AA batteries. Pretty solid deal for something that usually seems unnecessarily pricey.
