Seattle-based Cheezburger Network, a collection of humor websites, retained its top position in Seattle 2.0’s monthly rankings<\/a> of local startups’ Web traffic for December. It was followed by Zillow, Picnik, and BuddyTV, whose rankings didn’t change from the previous month. Redmond, WA-based Smilebox, a maker of electronic greeting cards, moved up seven spots to #5. Other notable gains<\/a> were made by Cozi, Delve Networks, and BigStartups.<\/p>\n
