Van Buren St. (William DeShazur\/Chicago Tribune)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>West Loop streets closed this morning because of a small office building fire have reopened, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>Firefighters were called to 420 W. Van Buren St. at 9:50 a.m. and discovered that\u00a0 welding\u00a0sparks had apparently ignited insulation inside walls on the 12th floor, Chicago Fire spokesman Quention Curtis said. <span id=\"more-11560\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The fire was under control just after 10 a.m. but traffic was blocked for sometime afterwards as firefighters stayed on the scene, Curtis said.<\/p>\n<p>Lanes were closed for more than an hour on Van Buren at the Chicago River.
