No ice in Eastern Nebraska, just rain.  Thank goodness!!<\/p>\n<p>I met with 4 people, including the Diabetes Specialist.  They didn&#8217;t put me on any medication yet, they want to see what diet and exercise can do.  My next appointment is in 3 weeks.  I am to keep my carbs to 130mg \/day, with no more than 40g per meal.  <\/p>\n<p>My head is swimming with information.
