I did 45 min walk\/jog &#8211;  total of 5.5 ks.  When I took my BS my reading was 6.2 (?)  Had a shower got ready for work &#8211; maybe an 45 mins later before b\/fast took another reading &#8211; my bs was 6.  <\/p>\n<p>I was wondering if this type of training would have been the reason my last A1c was up.  The first 3 months of DX my A1c was 5.6% but only with moderate exercise.
