Which, presumably, could cause \u2018potentially horrific and fatal accidents\u2019 if not addressed.<\/p>\n<p>Per Toyota, the accelerator pedals can stick at half throttle or return too slowly to idle.  Models affected by the recall are:<\/p>\n<p>2009 &#8211; 2010 Toyota RAV 4<br \/>\n2009 &#8211; 2010 Corolla and Matrix<br \/>\n2005 &#8211; 2010 Avalon<br \/>\n2007 &#8211; 2010 Camry<br \/>\n2007 &#8211; 2010 Tundra<br \/>\n2008 &#8211; 2010 Sequoia<br \/>\n2010 Highlander<\/p>\n<p>Toyota admits to \u2018working on a solution\u2019, which is bad news for owners of the vehicles involved in the recall, who probably \u2018demand an immediate solution\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Last year\u2019s recall, for essentially the same issue, was blamed on the clearance (or lack of clearance) between the accelerator pedal and the floor mats.
