Newbie Here!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Hi everyone!  Santa left me a unfortunate present this year and that was the Type II diagnosis.  I am struggling with this after a month but slowly (ever so slowly) getting my head wrapped around the life style change and the impact of being diabetic.  I will be thoroughly reading the forum over the next couple of days to get all the great tips and tricks to this new life that I am most sure many of you have out there.  <\/p>\n<p>It is truly wonderful to see a forum like this as I am in a unique situation overseas that makes support and treatment somewhat challenging.
