Police said surveillance video footage in the pool area showed Kumar “splashing” and “trying to get to the side of the pool, but (he)didn’t make it.” Police also said he was alone in the pool area at the time.<\/p>\n
Kumar’s home address was not immediately available this morning, but police said he was in Chicago on a business trip.<\/p>\n
