I own a 1 bed apartment, I intend to keep this and rent it out.<\/p>\n<p>I need to move to London in the next few months, probably 2-3. I currently earn 30k ish which is comfortable here, it will be going up to 35k for the move. I know I will have to &#8216;compromise&#8217; probably very significantly, but I can cope with that, its a massive opportunity in the long run and I would regret it if I didn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>So what can I get and where?! I reckon with the adjusted wage the equivalent would be somewhere around \u00a3650-750 on rent. My requirements are..<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; within budget, I don&#8217;t mind sharing<br \/>\n&#8211; not too far, I have a 3 minute walk to work currently. Need to get to Cannon street (?)
