Fasting this morning was 136 a couple hours later he felt shaky and it was 65! 2 hours after lunch it was 78 and still feeling bad so had a little OJ he felt better for a minute but now says he feels hot shaky and then said &quot;I just can&#8217;t describe it but somethings not right&quot; so it&#8217;s not the way it usually feels when he&#8217;s low and he feels really bad.
