Between about 7:30 a.m. and noon, streets surrounding the shopping center, including Chicago Avenue, Pearson Street, Chestnut Street and parts of Dewitt Place, will be closed to traffic, said Katie Lindsay, a marketing manager at Water Tower Place. <\/span><\/p>\n

Chicago police will direct traffic and the city will post message boards on Lakeshore Drive alerting motorists of detours, said a dispatcher for the city’s 311 service.<\/p>\n

The event\u00a0was scheduled for the same time Saturday morning but the Federal Aviation Administration ordered the delay because of morning fog, Lindsay said.<\/p>\n
