She was rushed to a local hospital for treatment,<br \/>\nbut is expected to make a full recovery.<\/p>\n<p>\nDuring the investigation it was discovered that the suspect, Victor<br \/>\nFigueroa, had earlier been involved in an argument with his<br \/>\ngirlfriend.\u00a0 He left the location, but returned a short time later with<br \/>\na gun.\u00a0 When Figueroa fired the gun, the round hit a child riding in a<br \/>\npassing car.<\/p>\n<p>\nFigueroa was arrested without incident soon after the shooting. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nAnyone with information regarding this case is asked to call Foothill<br \/>\nArea Detectives, Detective Kirby Carranza at 818-834-3115.\u00a0 During<br \/>\nnon-business hours or on weekends calls should be directed to<br \/>\n1-877-LAPD-24-7.\u00a0 Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call<br \/>\nCrimestoppers at 800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).\u00a0 Tipsters may also<br \/>\ncontact Crimestoppers by texting to phone number 274637 (C-R-I-M-E-S on<br \/>\nmost keypads) with a cell phone.
