We were planning to start a dealership between Trivandrum and Madurai since there is a wide gap between the 2 area&#8217;s and knowing how Marikar is handelling so pittifully in Trivandrum , we thought possibly we could improve Skoda&#8217;s image by being a good dealer for a change since we know where most Skoda dealer&#8217;s fail in satisfying their customers.I have mailed Skoda but they haven&#8217;t replied for it. Which could mean that they are least bothered about customer&#8217;s woes or maybe I&#8217;m mailing the wrong people.
