WGN\/Tribune weatherman Tom Skilling’s forecast said the chance of rain was 100 percent early today.<\/p>\n

The rain, along with some patches of fog, could remain for most of the day, while temperatures remain nearly steady in the lower 40s. <\/span><\/p>\n

Temperatures will drop in the afternoon into Sunday night, and some of the rain could turn to light flurries or freezing drizzle.<\/p>\n
