Now the Twilight star has been approached by music mogul Simon Cowell to sign a major record deal, <\/p>\n<p>The young Brit, 23, has even been told he can basically write his own check, according to London&#8217;s <em>The Sun<\/em>, who broke the story on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Other record companies have reportedly gotten wind of the offer, prompting a bidding war. Record execs think Pattz has the stuff to turn his voice into a big moneymaker, and everyone wants him howling on their tracks. <\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRobert is reluctant to be turned into a pop star and takes his music very seriously.
