If my numbers  were high i knew why.  But for the past week or two my numbers have been high for no reason.  Like now..3 hours after eating my usual breakfast of a 1\/2 cup of plain Oatmeal and I&#8217;m at 190.  The other day I was 220 after skipping lunch  I&#8217;m also thirsty all the time and peeing alot.
