I&#8217;m struck by another part of the interview, in which Lieberman <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TB3EhwZCbRg\">entertains the idea<\/a> of opposing the phenomenally popular state attorney general, Richard Blumenthal, who&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/blog-briefing-room\/news\/75901-blumenthal-trounces-gop-opponents-in-early-ct-poll-simmons-fires-back\">leading by better than 2-1 margins<\/a> in the race for the Chris Dodd&#8217;s open Senate seat.
