A new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2010\/POLITICS\/01\/25\/poll.stimulus.money\/index.html\" >CNN\/Opinion Research Corporation survey<\/a> found that three out of four people think half of the stimulus money was wasted. <\/p>\n<p>Not only was the money wasted, it didn&#8217;t accomplish what President Obama promised.
