The home had been on the market for $1.25 million. The Los Angeles Times reports that <a href=\"http:\/\/latimesblogs.latimes.com\/money_co\/2010\/01\/hot-property-hangover-star-buys-livework-loft-in-vencie.html\">Cooper plans to use the property as office space<\/a> for his Indiana &amp; 22nd production company.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eonline.com\/uberblog\/the_awful_truth\/b163856_caught_bradley_reneacutees_not_secret.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-16867 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/blog\/files\/2010\/01\/bradley-cooper_1-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The home shown at top is not Cooper&#8217;s new purchase, but is a home for sale in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dogtownstation.com\/\">Dogtown Station,<\/a> which is offering some unique buyer incentives.
