{"id":232158,"date":"2010-01-26T14:46:11","date_gmt":"2010-01-26T19:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.androidguys.com\/?p=13004"},"modified":"2010-01-26T14:46:11","modified_gmt":"2010-01-26T19:46:11","slug":"65-of-android-publishers-are-located-in-united-states","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/232158","title":{"rendered":"65% of Android Publishers are Located in United States"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"KonaBody\">\n<p class=\"first-child \" style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.androidguys.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/distimo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13005\" title=\"distimo\" src=\"http:\/\/www.androidguys.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/distimo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"447\" height=\"258\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve seen figures from inside the Android Market.\u00a0 We&#8217;ve seen numbers that show Android&#8217;s growth.\u00a0 Today, we get to see some numbers that give insight into the people behind the apps.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.distimo.com\/\" ><strong>Distimo<\/strong><\/a>&#8216;s latest monthly report is out and it sheds some light on Android developers and their apps.<span id=\"more-13004\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Found within the report are the following statistics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>65% of Android developers are from the United States, with another 12% in the UK, 20% from Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain) and 3% in Japan.<\/li>\n<li>European developers set the price their paid apps at an an average of $4.42 whereas those in the US are around $2.96 each.<\/li>\n<li>The average price of all paid apps in the Android Market is around $3.50, which lower than the average Windows Mobile app ($6.99) and less than half the $8.26 BlackBerry ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The highest ranked paid apps in the Android Market for December are twidroid PRO, Advanced Task Manager, and MyBackup Pro.\u00a0 The highest ranked free titles were T-Mobile My Account, Pandora Radio, and The Weather Channel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3  class=\"related_post_title\">Other Great AndroidGuys Posts<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"related_post\">\n<li>December 19, 2009 &#8212;
