Live Coverage to Include Republican Response<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

ABC News will broadcast President Barack Obama\u2019s State of the Union address live on Wednesday, January 27th<\/sup>. Coverage will begin at 9:00 p.m. ET and will also include the Republican response.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Diane Sawyer<\/span><\/strong> and George Stephanopoulos<\/strong> will anchor ABC\u2019s coverage from Washington, D.C. They will be joined by Senior White House Correspondent <\/em><\/span>Jake Tapper, <\/strong>Senior Congressional Correspondent <\/span>Jon Karl<\/strong>, and Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent Martha Raddatz<\/strong>. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Sawyer will also anchor \u201cWorld News\u201d from Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. On Thursday, \u201cGood Morning America\u201d will feature morning-after reaction to the President\u2019s speech with George Stephanopoulos<\/strong> and Robin Roberts<\/strong> anchoring in New York.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to the State of the Union, Terry Moran<\/strong> <\/span>will moderate a preview of the President\u2019s speech in a half-hour \u201cNightline Twittercast\u201d at 8:30pm ET, available on ABCNews.com\/Nightline<\/a> and ABC News NOW. Following the speech, Mr. Moran will anchor a special edition of \u201cNightline\u201d from Washington with additional State of the Union analysis live at 11:35 p.m., ET.<\/span><\/p>\n

ABC News Radio will provide extensive coverage of the State of the Union Address and the Republican response starting at 9:00 p.m., ET anchored by ABC News correspondent Aaron Katersky<\/strong>, with ABC News White House correspondent Ann Compton<\/strong> and ABC News correspondent Vic Ratner<\/strong> on Capitol Hill. Prior to the President's address, ABC News Radio will provide a one-hour special at 8:06 p.m. ET that examines issues President Obama is expected to discuss.<\/span>\u202a<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

ABCNews.com will live stream the coverage and will provide extensive reporting from ABC\u2019s team of political correspondents in Washington, D.C.  <\/span>ABCNews.com will partner again with Facebook Connect to provide online users a place to comment and discuss the State of the Union online while watching it live.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
