On January 1st, I asked readers to share their Primal Blueprint New Year’s Resolutions on video. Folks wrote poems<\/a>, made their own Grok shirts<\/a>, and even threw away all their sugar products on camera<\/a>. Nearly 40 people submitted videos; below are a few highlights…<\/p>\n

I’d like to thank everyone who participated. It’s always a pleasure to add faces to the voices in the Primal community. I’d love to be able to give a grand prize to each and every participant, but this time around there is only one grand prize for one lucky winner.
