Like a lot of power utilities it has been investing in renewable energy to offset its carbon and green house gases emissions.<\/p>\n<p>Southern will team-up with Turner&#8217;s, Turner Renewable Energy to develop photovoltaic-based solar power plants.<\/p>\n<p>Why Ted Turner?
