Good Technology&#8212;which helps enterprises manage their mobile devices and also provides mobile messaging and collaboration tools&#8212;says the purchase &#8220;furthers (its) mission of enabling device choice in the enterprise by providing enhanced device management for the broadest range of devices, including laptops, tablets, ruggedized handhelds, and leading smartphone platforms&#8221; via CloudSync&#8217;s web-based service.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Mobile e-mail provider Visto <a href=\"http:\/\/moconews.net\/article\/419-motorola-sells-mobile-messaging-and-email-unit-good-technology-to-visto\/\" title=\"purchased Good Technology\">purchased Good Technology<\/a> last February from Motorola (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.paidcontent.org\/paidcontent?Page=QUOTE&#038;Ticker=MOT\" class=\"ticker\" title=\"MOT\">NYSE: MOT<\/a>) and took on the Good Technology name. Since then, the company has made one other purchase, <a href=\"http:\/\/moconews.net\/article\/419-good-technology-buys-intercasting\/\" title=\"buying up\">buying up<\/a> Intercasting Corp. last May to expand aggressively into mobile social networking. Terms of the CloudSync acquisition were not disclosed.
