How to make it:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. One 8.5 x 11 piece of White paper<\/strong> (heavy card stock works better)<\/li>\n
  2. roll it up<\/strong> (don’t roll to tight\/small)<\/li>\n
  3. tape the paper on the side<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. tape one small Canadian flag on the outside<\/strong> at the TOP of the “Torch”<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. tape a second (if you have an extra) Canadian flag on the inside<\/strong> in the matching location as the outside.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Done!<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Have fun in exercising your\u00a0Digital Democratic Muscle!<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
