I always thought they were over compensating for something (And get your mind out of the gutter!). There were at least 20 of these types of trucks, and to be truthful, I don&#8217;t even remember this particular truck. So when a video surfaced about a Custom Silverado built by the same guys who were associated with the famous &#8220;Bigfoot&#8221; truck that experienced a monumental failure, well I had to find it. And here it is&#8230;. only you will have to see it after the jump!<br \/>\n<span id=\"more-35102\"><\/span><br \/>\n<object classid=\"clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" codebase=\"http:\/\/download.macromedia.com\/pub\/shockwave\/cabs\/flash\/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/JCfgx_krIo0&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1&amp;\" \/><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/JCfgx_krIo0&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1&amp;\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p>Now that ramp doesn&#8217;t look all that high, and a truck that was supposed to be &#8220;Over-Engineered&#8221;, with steerable front and rear axles, a 30 inch lift, and a custom fabricated suspension cradle, should have survived that small &#8220;Bump in the road&#8221;. An article in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.8-lug.com\/features\/chevy\/0905_8l_2008_chevrolet_silverado_hd_duramax\/index.html\">8-lug.com<\/a> states that the crew spent 2 weeks to do the truss work on the axles. Looks like they should have spent more time. The cost to put this Custom Silverado Duramax together?
