Morrison, U.S. Attorney, Southern District of Indiana, following an   investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Federal Bureau of   Prisons.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment alleges that on or about Sept. 11, 2009, Molinero-Jimenez   possessed a prohibited object to be used as a weapon while confined at the   Federal Correctional Complex. <span id=\"more-14046\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to Assistant U.S. Attorney James M.
