Smith<\/a>, dean of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fas.harvard.edu\/home\/\">Faculty of Arts and Sciences<\/a>,\u00a0regarding the findings of the Priorities Working Groups.<\/p>\n<p>The council next meets on Feb. 10.
