The president has always realized that, but I think both parties have to come together in regards to the future of this country.&quot;\n<\/p>\n<p>In his speech, Obama\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/news\/politics\/sns-dc-obama-speech,0,6083614.story\">warned that the nation<\/a> had developed a &quot;deficit of trust&#8221; in<br \/>\ngovernment and promised to put the public&#8217;s<br \/>\ntop concerns &#8212; jobs and the economy &#8212; at the center of his second year in<br \/>\noffice while continuing to press for a health care overhaul and the<br \/>\nrest of his stalled agenda.<br \/><\/br>\n<\/p>\n<p>Daley said today that the federal government must focus on improving the climate for businesses to create jobs.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It&#8217;s one word &#8212; three words &#8212; jobs, jobs, jobs. Everybody knows that,&quot; Daley said. &quot;How do you create jobs in America? It&#8217;s easier to offshore a job than to keep the job in America. Washington has to figure that out. If it&#8217;s easier to offshore a job, then what&#8217;s the purpose of keeping a job here?
