Machine manufacturers often need to measure compression or tension forces or weights with a good resolution even in industrial environments with electrical noise.<\/p>\n
DS Europe in order to satisfy these needs proposes series 500QD load cells with a built-in optional analog or digital electronics which allows protection against electrical noise, high resolution in industrial environments and to transmit the signal far away.
\nThe load cell metal part is mechanically protecting the built-in analog\/digital electronics, it allows not to use expensive external conditioning electronics with box housing and shields the electronics against electrical noise.<\/p>\n
The built-in electronics is provided pre calibrated together with the load cell.<\/p>\n
Main feature of series 500QD are:
\nMeasuring ranges: 0 to 2-3-6-12-25-60-110-220-330-550-1000-2000-3000-4000Kg FS.
\nAccuracy: < \u00b10,023% (up to 60Kg) and 0,05% (from 110 to 4000Kg FS).\nAnalog outputs: 2mV\/V, 5V, 10V, 4-20mA.\nDigital outputs: RS485, RS422 (Modbus and DSEnet protocols), CANopen (profile DSP406).\n\nDigital output advantages:\nProtection against electromagnetic noise, high resolution (24bit A\/D converter), high sampling rate, cabling cost saving (parallel of many load cells on a single digital input port on PLC or computer), load cell zeroing (for recovering tare, damages, thermal drifts).\n\nApplications: \nWeighing, automation, medical machines, machine tools, textile machines, test machines, plastic injection machines, presses, research, vehicles etc.\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
