Earlier this month, the DOT launched a redesigned consumer aviation website at <a href=\"http:\/\/airconsumer.dot.gov\/\">airconsumer.dot.gov<\/a>. The goal of the site is &#8220;to make it as easy as possible for consumers to find the information they need to make their air travel experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>It may not win any design awards, but it&#8217;s got front-page links to a complaint section, monthly reports on airlines, and information on consumer rules.
