Featuring Dr. Thomas DiLorenzo, our Thursday, February 18 “Lincoln on Liberty: Friend or Foe?” event will directly confront the myths surrounding one of the establishment’s favorites.<\/p>\n

\nIn modern times, President Abraham Lincoln is viewed as a secular saint, a figure of legend who receives almost universal reverence.<\/p>\n
But does a close examination of the historical record support conventional wisdom? Or do the facts paint a different picture of our sixteenth president?<\/p>\n
Was Lincoln the Great Emancipator? Or was he a dictator in all but name who destroyed the Founders’ vision of our Republic?<\/p>\n
Author and Loyola College economics professor Thomas DiLorenzo explores the Lincoln legacy in this FREE one hour lecture.<\/p>\n
