An intricately designed Roman implement, which dates back to 200 AD, it is made from silver but has an iron blade. It features a spoon, fork as well as a retractable spike, spatula and small tooth-pick.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/i\/pix\/2010\/01\/30\/article-1247230-081570E4000005DC-940_964x310.jpg\" title=\"Roman Army Knife\" class=\"aligncenter\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Experts believe the spike may have been used by the Romans to extract meat from snails.
