But many of  the items share a common theme: they are strange objects worn on, or illustrating, the head.  <\/p>\n<p>Among the amazing head contraptions in the collection are shock therapy masks, an optmophontome, a radio wave helmet, a bizarre light therapy mask, terrifying dental mannequin, and an English smoke rescue helmet which will be featured in the upcoming movie &#8220;The Sorcerers Apprentice.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>The collection is in a private home, and is closed to the public, however it will be open to a small group on Obscura Day, March 20, 2010.
