Haley attempted to drive away and dragged the officer alongside his car for approximately 35 feet, causing minor injuries and striking an unoccupied car.<\/p>\n
Under federal law, Haley will have to serve at least 85 percent of his prison sentence before being released.<\/p>\n
He will also be under the supervision of the United States Probation Office for three years after the completion of his prison sentence.<\/p>\n
