Huang wrote:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seattle-based venture firm Voyager Capital <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coulombtech.com\/press_releases\/release_20100201.php\">has co-led<\/a> a $14 million Series B investment in Coulomb Technologies, a Campbell, CA-based startup focused on electric vehicle infrastructure. Voyager and Rho Ventures co-led the financing for  Coulomb, which makes technologies for vehicle charging stations. Daniel Ahn, a Voyager managing director based in Silicon Valley, is joining the Coulomb board.
