Officials with The Iowa County, Wisconsin Sheriff&#8217;s Department say Mentell, 27, was killed early Monday, after his SUV  went down an embankment off Highway 39 near Blanchardville and plowed into two trees.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.popcrunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/Justin-Mentell-Dead.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Justin-Mentell-Dead\" width=\"500\" height=\"525\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-91550\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-91548\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The crash was reported by a passerby around 8:30 AM. Police says Mentell  &#8212; a former member of the US Junior National Speedskating team &#8212; wasn&#8217;t wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n<p>Mentell appeared in the 1999 Disney movie <em>G-Force<\/em> before going on to appear alongside William Shatner and James Spader on <em>Boston Legal<\/em> from 2005-2006. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/feedads.g.doubleclick.net\/~a\/2xwb9s_OS5kwEpgs-Na3A1ndzcs\/0\/da\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/feedads.g.doubleclick.net\/~a\/2xwb9s_OS5kwEpgs-Na3A1ndzcs\/0\/di\" border=\"0\" ismap=\"true\"><\/img><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/feedads.g.doubleclick.net\/~a\/2xwb9s_OS5kwEpgs-Na3A1ndzcs\/1\/da\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/feedads.g.doubleclick.net\/~a\/2xwb9s_OS5kwEpgs-Na3A1ndzcs\/1\/di\" border=\"0\" ismap=\"true\"><\/img><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Justin Mentell, an actor best known for his role on the now-defunct TV drama Boston Legal, has died, The Wisconsin State-Journal said Tuesday.
