According to a recent post on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogsouthwest.com\/blog\/it-is-official-wi-fi-is-on-the-way\">Southwest blog<\/a>, the airline is going to begin outfitting its planes with <a class=\"autolink\" title=\"Click here to read more posts tagged #row44\" title=\"Click here to read more posts tagged #row44\" href=\"http:\/\/gizmodo.com\/tag\/row44\/\">Row 44<\/a> Wi-Fi starting this spring, and will have the entire fleet connected by 2012. <\/p>\n<p>The ramp-up will be slow at first, with just 15 planes per month getting internet-equipped. Pricing, too, hasn&#8217;t yet been determined, and since almost every other airline uses a different service provider (Gogo), there&#8217;s not a lot of pricing precedent. Southwest says it will be a &#8220;great value,&#8221; though, so expect something at least competitive with the current standard of $5-$13.
