Two, two-year terms are at stake.<\/p>\n<p>Provenzano, a former six-year board member who lost his seat in 2008, said constituents agreed with his plan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was my message to voters, unfiltered, that basically said lower taxes and less spending,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I know the budget.
