Also to face charges are Micron <a href=\"http:\/\/worldtechnews.com\/\" >Technology<\/a>, Elpida Memory Inc, NEC Electronics Corp, Hitachi Ltd, <a href=\"http:\/\/wn.com\/s\/businessdailynew\/companies\/computer\/toshiba.html\" >Toshiba<\/a> Corp, <a href=\"http:\/\/wn.com\/s\/businessdailynew\/companies\/motors\/mitsubishi.html\" >Mitsubishi<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/electricity.com\/\" >Electric<\/a> and Nanya Technology, the people said. &#8220;A statement of objections is expected by Friday,&#8221; one of the people said, referring to a charge sheet from the European Commission, the European Union&#8217;s top antitrust watchdog.
